The compression garbage truck consists of a sealed garbage compartment, a hydraulic system, and an operating system. The entire vehicle is fully sealed, capable of self-compression and self-dumping. All wastewater generated during the compression process is directed into a wastewater compartment, effectively addressing the issue of secondary pollution during garbage transportation and preventing inconvenience to the public. Vehicle Performance and Characteristics
1. The arc-shaped body significantly increases the volume of the container, with fewer welds enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the vehicle.
2. The power take-off is equipped with a domestic well-known brand, specifically designed for the vehicle, providing a perfect match with the engine and transmission, resulting in low failure rates.
3. The hydraulic cylinder utilizes the domestic well-known brand Haipu Ruisi hydraulic cylinders, equipped with a compaction valve to increase compression density and enhance the loading capacity. The loading capacity is equivalent to two and a half times that of the same tonnage non-compacted waste.
4. The fuel tank has been enlarged, increasing its volume to prevent high-temperature hydraulic oil. All hydraulic oil must be added through a hydraulic oil filter machine to filter impurities from the oil, reducing failure rates, effectively preventing damage to components, and the multi-way valve uses a joint venture brand, with Haipu Ruisi multi-way valves matching the Haipu Ruisi cylinders, resulting in low failure rates, CAN bus control switches; fewer connections, low failure rates, and convenient maintenance and repair.
5. Automated operation: Utilizing a photoelectric switch and time dual-system control, with a one-key discharge feature, all filling, discharging, and unloading operations only require the driver's operation, with two operation modes available: fully automatic and semi-automatic. This not only reduces the physical strain on sanitation workers but also significantly improves the working environment.
6. Dual insurance system: The operating system features both computer control and manual operation, greatly ensuring and enhancing the vehicle's utilization rate. The pressure regulating valve changes position to prevent customers from adjusting the pressure without authorization, reminding customers to switch the power take-off to prevent damage to the power take-off.
